CPMH Rehab sits on Lankershim Blvd in the heart of North Hollywood, just minutes from the major routes that cross the San Fernando Valley:
- From the US-101 (Hollywood Freeway): Exit at Lankershim Blvd and head north; our campus is a short distance on the right.
- From the SR-170 (Hollywood Freeway North): Exit at Magnolia Blvd, head east, then turn onto Lankershim Blvd.
- From the I-5: Take the SR-134 west to the US-101 south and exit at Lankershim Blvd.
- From Hollywood Burbank Airport: A 10-minute drive via Hollywood Way and Vineland Ave.
Free on-site parking is available for patients and visiting families.

We welcome patients from across the San Fernando Valley and greater Los Angeles, including North Hollywood, Studio City, Valley Village, Toluca Lake, Burbank, Sherman Oaks, and Van Nuys. Veterans and first responders travel to us from throughout Southern California for our specialized programming.
